Fayose invites 1,000 pastors to ‘cleanse’ govt house

Ekiti state Governor-elect, Ayo Fayose said he has invited over 1,000 pastors to lead him to the government house after his inauguration on Thursday.
He said the religious leaders would be engaged in prayers to cleanse the Government House.

Governor Kayode Fayemi of the All Progressive Congress (APC) will leave the government house in Ado-Ekiti on Thursday after being defeated by Fayose.
The governor-elect said: “I had invited over 1,000 clerics to do the cleansing of the Government House. They will lead me after the swearing in ceremony and I will not enter until they conclude the spiritual cleansing”.
He said he was warning fake pastors not to be involved in the spiritual cleansing exercise.
