Borno equips schools, IDP camps with Ebola detectors

Governor Kashim Shettima said this while receiving the devices in Maiduguri during a courtesy visit by a delegation from the university.
He said the state government would take every measure to protect schools, IDP camps, and people from the  virus.
The vice chancellor of the university, Professor Ibrahim Njodi, who donated 100 infra-red non-contact thermometers, aprons and standard face masks, said the assistance was in line with the university’s responsibility to its host community in the fight against the Ebola virus.
