Dwindling oil price: ‘tax owners of many cars’

He said Nigeria should be able to survive with or without oil, noting that as a country of over 170million people with a large number of rich people, the government should be able to generate more income from taxation.
People with fleet of cars and houses, he suggested, should be taxed, adding that revenue generating agencies must be given more target.
