NASFAT agency appoints new directors

The Board of Directors of the Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society of Nigeria (NASFAT)’s NASFAT Agency for Zakat and Sadaqat (NAZAS) led by Alhaji Niyi Yusuf has approved the appointment of two new directors for the agency.

The appointees are Mr Hafiz Bakare and Mrs Sherifah Abiola Andu, with the aim of strengthening the agency as it advances the implementation of its corporate strategy.

Mr Hafiz Bakare, the immediate past Managing Director/CEO of Keystone Bank Limited (KBL),  is a  pharmacist, with an MBA from IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain. 

On her part, Mrs Sherifah Abiola Andu is the CEO of Arabel, a leading Islamic trading outfit in Nigeria.

She is a banker with a career spanning many years in the Nigerian banking industry.

She is a versatile administrator with corresponding certificate from Lagos Business School owner manager programme and Msc Banking and Finance from University of Ibadan.

Mrs Andu was also the first vice president of the University of Lagos Muslim Alumni.
