‘Mark D Ball’ talents to be groomed for Olympics – Coach Uwaja

A grassroots coach from the National Sports Commission (NSC) Alexy Billy Uwaja, who is presently in Otukpo, venue of the competition to scout for players, revealed this to Daily Trust yesterday.
The ex-international said he has pencilled down some skilful players he believes will go on to represent Nigeria in different categories.
“I think in the next All African Games and the coming Olympics; we are going to get both male and female to represent Nigeria. We can camp some good players that can be groomed to compete with other African countries here.”
