NCC deadline: Long queues at registration centers in Kano

A visit to MTN head office revealed a huge crowd of subscribers who came for registration as their lines were blocked at mid night yesterday.
One of the subscribers told Weekly Trust that he has been in the center as early as 7:00am,   adding that he   registered his line twice but   was surprised that it has been blocked.
 Another subscriber who said his name is Muhammad Sule also said most of the affected subscribers have registered their lines at the designated centers but that did not stop MTN from blocking them.
At the Hadejia Road center, the story is the same as hundreds of subscribers queued up for the registration of their SIM cards.
