Ribadu condoles with Media Trust

In a condolence letter sent to the organization yesterday, Ribadu said “it is with shock and submission to the will of Almighty Allah that I receive the news of the death of Managing Editor of the Trust stable, Malam Suleiman ibn Mohammed. Death of someone close whether at individual or organisational level is always bitter and painful. I grieve with you in this moment of loss.
“From the outpouring of kind words from colleagues both from within and outside your organisation, it is evident that the deceased was a journalist worth his mettle – honest, upright, steadfast and resourceful.”
Ribadu prayed to Almighty Allah to give the deceased’s family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
