The traditional ruler, who was represented by the new Galadima Adamawa Alhaji Usman Aliyu Raji while making the donation at the station’s prenises in Yola, said radio can play a significant role at the grass roots level for rural development.
Responding, the General Manager of the station, Alhaji Umar Sambo Abubakar, described the Lamido as “most media friendly royal father’’ that has greatly contributed in developing the state-owned media.
