Kano State Police Public Relations Officer, Magaji Musa Majia, has been promoted from Deputy Superintendent of Police to the Superintendent of Police.
He was decorated on Tuesday along other promoted officers at the Police Officers’ Mess, Bompai, Kano.
Majia joined the Nigeria Police Force as a Cadet Inspector on August 15, 2002. He had served the Force in different parts of the country including Lagos, Nasarawa, Zamfara states and now Kano.
Until his appointment as PPRO in Kano on June 13, 2010, he was the Second in Command of the Motor Traffic Division (MTD) Kano.
He was promoted to the rank of ASP on 1/1/2009 and elevated to DSP on 16th December, 2015.
Majia attended so many courses and workshops and received various awards including “Most Outstanding Police Public Relations Officer in Nigeria 2014” by Security Watch Africa.
