UnityKapital names non-executive director

The Board of Directors of UnityKapital Assurance Plc has named Mrs Priya Heal as a non-executive director.

She is co-founder and managing director of Chronos Asset Management.

A statement from the insurance firm stated that, Heal has expertise in advising, structuring, financing, managing and executing large scale projects.

She attended Yale University, USA and was called to bar at the Lincolns Inn and Inns of Court School of Law.

The statement noted that Heal had covered various sectors in the business and financial world in Europe, The Middle East and Africa. Besides, Heal has served as managing director at FilterInvest, Holland; Restructuring Consultant Competition Authority (OFT), London, United Kingdom.

Also, she has worked in multi-cultural environments such as Dubai, Germany, London, South Africa and Holland.
