PDP wins another Assembly seat in Gombe

Announcing the results on Saturday night in Malam-Sidi, the Returning Officer, Malam Salisu Umar said that Ahmed Abubakkar of PDP was returned elected with 10, 326 votes while Malam Shuaibu Haruna of the APC came second with 8,979 votes.
The supplementary election in the areas was conducted peacefully. Security personnel were deployed to the polling units and collation centers to maintain peace and order.
