Gombe and the turn table

For some time now, various groups loyal to the governor have called on the national secretariat of the APC , the Inspector General of Police and the president to intervene alleging that there is a plan to arrest the former governor in order to pave way for the PDP to win the state.
Though the PDP in Gombe has denied harbouring any such plan, the curious thing about the whole episode  is that it comes almost as unbelievable  that the former governor would be the one crying wolf which some say proves actually that no condition is permanent in life.
