The governor spoke when the Peoples Democratic Party gubernatorial campaign team visited the Emir of Kagara, Alhaji Garba Attahiru in Rafi Local Government Area.
“The call for change is unnecessary. If someone has stayed out of office for long, it will take him another four years to learn if he gets into office before he can catch up,” Aliyu said
He decried what he called the rising waves of political crises, despite the Abuja accord, saying if the present trend was allowed to continue, it may mar next month’s general elections.
Aliyu urged the emir to plead with Kagara people not to leave PDP.
