The results of the 16 local governments out of 27 in Jigawa state so far announced by INEC show that the APC is leading in 11 while the PDP won in five.
APC is so far ahead with a total vote of 403,449 while PDP scored 302,369. The collation went into recess to resume by 8pm. Results of 11 other local governments are still being awaited.
