APC has won two seats in the Yobe state house of assembly, whose results have been announced officially so far.
The returning officer of Damaturu 1, Ahmadu Ibrahim declared Baba Ibrahim of APC winner having scored 6,262 against his opponent Datti Mohammed Sheriff of PDP that polled 1,925.
The returning officer of Gujba LGA Matawalle Gaidam declared Bulama Bukar of the APC that polled 8,297 votes winner against the PDP candidate Baba Abdu that scored 4,556 votes.
The two results are the once so far announced out of the total 24 House of Assembly seat in the state.
However, APC candidate Ibrahim Gaidam scored 8,452 votes while his PDP opponent, Alhaji Adamu Waziri got 4,556 votes in Gujba.
