The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Rivers State South-South Nigeria is about to commence distribution of electoral materials and officials to polling units.
Our correspondent in Rivers State Victor Dozie says INEC officials and materials are just about to leave the INEC office and go to the polling units as at 8:20.
