INEC officials yet to arrive polling stations in Jos North

At 12 noon, some adhoc staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are yet to arrive polling units in Anguwan Rogo and Anguwan Rukuba of Jos north local government area of Plateau State.

Electorates in the area expressed fear that INEC may reschedule their election date to tomorrow should their officials fail to arrive on time.

Our correspondent observed voters still queued up while others stood in groups as they discuss their predicament.

There are complaints also from Qua’an Pan local government area in the southern Senatorial zone where INEC adhoc staff were said to have arrived the polling units as late as 11: 30am.
