Buhari has fulfilled his promise over B/Haram – Group

The Bauchi State chapter of a group, Nigeria Youth Organization (NYO), has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for ‘winning the battle against insurgency’ in the North East by clearing the hitherto dreaded Sambisa Forest of Boko Haram insurgents.

The state Chairman of the group, Muhammed Dauda, said in a statement issued in Bauchi yesterday that the president had fulfilled the promise he made during his campaign to defeat the Boko Haram insurgents.

“With the defeat of Boko Haram and other achievements, there is no doubt that the President is fulfilling his campaign promises,” he stressed, adding that more of the expected positive change would soon manifest. “It has become quite obvious most especially with the victory at Sambisa that change has truly arrived,” he added.
