The Chairman of Abaji Area Council, Alhaji Abdulrahman Ajiya, has sworn-in newly appointed members of his cabinet. Among them were supervisory councillors and special advisers.
He said his administration expect much from them, urging them to make impact of his administration felt at the grassroots level.
The chairman called on the members of his cabinet to work collectively for the development of the council.
He said the council’s delay in the appointment of cabinet members was, after all, a blessing, saying that he picked competent hands to work with him.
Responding on behalf of the appointees, Alhaji Suleiman S. Anguss, the supervisory councillor for health, thanked the chairman for finding them worthy for the appointment and promised to support his administration to succeed.
