Indimi Foundation gives scholarships to Borno students

The Mohammed Indimi Foundation has offered scholarships to natives of Borno State to pursue undergraduate studies.
A statement issued by the Foundation said recipients were objectively selected for the 2016-2017 bursary awards. They included Alhaji Maina Bukar, Ibrahim Abubakar Abubakar, Muhammad Ibrahim, Ahmad Yaqub Danah, Ameen Ali Ahmad, Shadi Bashir Adam Shadi, Ahmad Hassan Goni, Usman Muhammad Umar, and Yahya Ali.
The annual scholarship awards started in 2015/2016 and have already facilitated the admission of 5 students from Borno State into the International University of Africa on full scholarships. The scholarship covers all academic fees, accommodation as well as sustenance for all recipients and is awarded to students in financial need.
The scholarship was given by Alhaji Mohammed Indimi through the Mohammed Indimi Foundation in conjunction with Oriental Energy Resources. Dr. Indimi was the Chairman and Founder of Oriental Energy Resources as well as a Board member of the International University of Africa. The International University of Africa is located in Sudan and has faculties of Education and Humanities, Shari’ah and Islamic Studies, Pure and Applied Sciences, Engineering and medicine.
