Lafarge Africa Plc, a leading Sub-Saharan Africa building material has commenced mobilisation of professionals in Nigeria’s building sector and students for participation in the 5th International LafargeHolcim Awards.
“We are pleased to showcase Nigeria’s professionals and students in this competition for the first time after our global merger as a demonstration of our belief in their competence and ability to compete favorably with their counterparts across the globe, and in furtherance of our vision to build a stronger Nigeria safely, ethically and sustainably through innovative construction solutions,” the Lafarge Africa Plc’s Group Managing Director/CEO, Michel Puchercos, said in a statement
Entry in the competition is free, the statement said. This edition is seeking smart solutions for cities and the built environment.
