5,000 unemployed graduates undergo training

The federal government yesterday reiterated its commitment to ending youth unemployment in the country, as over 5,000 graduates receive training in Anambra state under the Graduate Internship Scheme (GIS).
Representative of the project Director, Graduate Internship Scheme (GIS), Fola Jimoh, who made the disclosure at career development and entrepreneurship skills, said the federal government was trying its best in ensuring that youth are employed.
“The federal government is not ready to fail on this exercise; rather, President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration is doing everything possible to fight graduate unemployment,” he said.
