Shettima okays Ya Bawa Kolo new SEMA boss

Borno State Governor Kashim Shettima has approved the appointment Mrs Ya Bawa Kolo as the new Executive Chairman of the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA). 

According to a statement by the Secretary to the Borno State Government, Alhaji Shuwa Jidda made available to newsmen in Maiduguri yesterday, the appointment takes immediate effect.

Mrs. Ya Bawa, before her appointment, was Director in the Ministry of Women Affairs and Youths Development.

She will takeover from outgoing Executive Chairman Egnr. Ahmad Satomi who has spent 3 years at head of state humanitarian sector..
