Govvernor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state has filed notice of Appeal challenging his sack by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
An Abuja high court had asked the governor to vacate office yesterday, ordering INEC to declare Samson Uchechukwu Oga as the governor of the state.
