The Kaduna State Government yesterday announced a minor cabinet reshuffle in the state executive council.
A statement by the media aide to the governor, Samuel Aruwan, said the changes involved four ministries. Professor Jonathan Andrew Nok who was commissioner of Health and Human Services, would take over as the Commissioner of Education, Science and Technology; Malam Shehu Balarabe, who was in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism would now resume at the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources; while Dr. Shehu Usman Adamu would move from the education ministry to Commerce, Industry and Tourism. For Dr. Paul Manya Dogo, he would resume as a new commissioner in the health ministry. He was the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Health.
The former Commissioner of Environment, Dr. Yau Idris, the statement indicated, has returned to the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Agency.
