As with the case in many polling units in the territory, there was low turn out of voters in Gwarinpa Estate.
Most residents were on queue at petrol stations.
Moses Ajagunna said though he has his PVC with him, but there was no way for him to vote because he had thought he will be able to buy fuel before 7am.
"I got here 3:30am and I don’t think I will leave until 4pm. So no voting for me," he said.
"How will I vote when there is no fuel?" he asked rhetorically.
On her part, Mrs. Amaka Fire said she would have voted but for fuel scarcity.
