“It will generate thousands of direct and indirect jobs, driving economic growth across the state,” he said.
The CEO, Iwosan Investments & IASO Medipark SPV, Mrs. Fola Laoye said the project would be privately funded, stressing that 20 percent of the hospital beds would be reserved for the indigent population of Lagos state.
She added that the project would contribute to the state’s medical and nursing skills development, adding that it would create up to 1,000 jobs.
“We believe this is just the first of such that will be developed and delivered around Lagos State, and we are honoured to be partners with the State to actualize this vision,” she said.

“Throughout this time, our team remained steadfast and united, driven by our shared passion, commitment, and resilience.
“What stands out about this consortium is that we are more than just a group of professionals, we are a community of individuals who are deeply passionate about making a difference in the healthcare space,” she said.

“As a nation, we face an acute hospital bed deficit and a growing demand for specialized healthcare services. With a 140-bed multi-specialist hospital, a state-of-the-art diagnostics center, and integrated support facilities, Lagos Medipark aims to bridge this gap.
“But we are not just building a hospital; we are creating a community, a hub where innovation meets compassion, where health and well-being are prioritized, and where lives are transformed,” he said.
