Personnel mgt institute inducts over 400

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) has inducted no fewer than 400 members at the 60th induction ceremony held in Lagos.

The induction ceremony themed ‘Driving organisational Agility and Resilience: Navigating Uncertainty and Adapting to New Challenges’ saw the swearing in of 19 full members through the Executive route, 118 associate members through the HR Practitioner’s route, and 271 associate members through the professional Examination route.

President and Chairman of the Governing Council, Mallam Ahmed Ladan Gobir, FCIPM, in his opening remarks expressed pride at the newly inducted members of the institute.

General Manager, Human Resources and Corporate Services, Aradel Holdings Plc, Rita Olarewaju, charged the newly inducted members of the institute to imbibe innovative strategies in their careers.
