Shafa Energy unveils new products to minimise cost of car maintenance

Shafa Energy, an innovative indigenous energy solutions company on Wednesday launched its new lubricant product in continuation of its mission to ensure that Nigerian motorists, businesses, and industries have access to lubricants that are reliable and affordable.

The CEO of AYM Shafa Holdings, Alh. AY Maishanu during his address said this is a defining moment in history of Shafa Energy and this unveiling is not just products, but innovations that will shape the future of Nigeria’s transportation and industrial sectors.

Maishanu said: “The launch of our new lubricants, Shafa Doki and Shafa Shanu, represents yet another stride in our commitment to delivering quality and impactful solutions to our customers and the nation at large.

“We recognise that the Nigerian market needs more than just any lubricants. It needed products tailored to our unique environment, products that could withstand the challenges posed by Nigeria’s roads, climate, and industrial demands while remaining cost-effective, with extensive research and development, our team of experts worked tirelessly to create lubricants that meet international standards.”

He said the new range of lubricants are specifically designed to enhance engine longevity, performance, and affordability, thereby ensuring Nigerian drivers and businesses get value for their money.

He said: We have Shafa Doki (20W/50 API: SG/CD) with a Viscosity Index of 140-150 and engineered to enhance engine performance and longevity. This makes it ideal for a wide range of vehicles and driving conditions.

“Our second product is Shafa Shanu (HD40 CF/SF). It has a Viscosity Index of 120-130 and is specially formulated for heavy-duty engines, providing superior protection and efficiency under even the toughest operating conditions.”
