The Conservative Foundation (NCF) has appointed Muhtari Aminu-Kano as its director general.
Until his appointment, Aminu-Kano, who replaced Adeniyi Karunwi, was an executive director of the foundation.
He is an experienced natural resources management expert with over 30 years cumulative experience in management, advocacy and research in the fields of climate change, agriculture, humanitarian and poverty reduction in Nigeria and Africa.
Before joining the foundation in April 2018, Aminu-Kano had served as the senior policy adviser, poverty reduction and climate change, Islamic Relief Secretariat, Birmingham, UK, between July 2011 and December 2013.
