The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) has announced the launch of its inaugural ‘Business Meets Golf’ Tournament, scheduled for October 18th and 19th, 2024, at the prestigious IBB Golf Club, Abuja.
According to a statement signed by the President of ACCI, Chief Emeka Obegolu, SAN, the event aims to bring together professionals from various industries, creating a unique opportunity for networking and building business relationships in a relaxed setting, while promoting a balanced lifestyle.
“The primary goal of the tournament is to foster business relationships and enhance the visibility of participating companies. ‘Business Meets Golf’ provides an exceptional platform for industry leaders, top executives, and decision-makers to connect in a stress-free environment, forging partnerships that contribute to economic growth.
“The two-day event will feature a range of activities designed to blend business engagement with leisure. The first day includes a Business-to-Business (B2B) cocktail event, followed by a golf tournament and further B2B networking opportunities on the second day.
“The tournament will conclude with an awards ceremony recognizing standout golfers among the participants,” the statement said.
