Ondo Guber: Gov Aiyedatiwa endorsed as preferred candidate

Osabinu Olufemi, National Coordinator, Nigeria In Safe Hands Project, has endorsed governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, as his preferred candidate in the upcoming Ondo governorship election.

In a statement, Olufemi declared that Aiyedatiwa has what it takes to turn the state around.

The statement said: “In the face of mounting opposition, particularly from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, former Deputy Governor Agboola Ajayi, Aiyedatiwa’s leadership has come under intense scrutiny. Ajayi, in his critique, has called into question Aiyedatiwa’s acumen, citing deficiencies in strategic foresight, coordination, and governance.

“However, as National Coordinator of the Nigeria in Safe Hands Project and a former President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), I, Osabinu Olufemi, unequivocally dismiss such claims as political distractions and implore the enlightened electorate of Ondo State to see beyond the opposition’s smokescreen.

“I urge the people of Ondo State to cast their votes en masse for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on November 16th. His track record of achievement, from civil service reform to infrastructural development, is a testament to his ability to lead with vision and integrity.

“His re-election will ensure the continuity of the progress his administration has initiated, steering Ondo State towards a future of prosperity and stability.

“Governor Aiyedatiwa’s candidacy is not merely a matter of political pragmatism; it is a divine arrangement.

“His emergence as the governorship flag bearer is an acknowledgment of Ilaje’s pivotal role in the state’s political history, a recognition of their unwavering support for progressive governance.”
