Burglar nabbed with ‘bulletproof’ jacket in Ondo

The Amotekun Corps in Ondo State has arrested a suspected teenage burglar, Sodiq Ayodokun, who uses a traditional bulletproof jacket.

City & Crime reports that Ayodokun (17), was paraded with 20 others who were accused of murder, armed robbery and kidnapping in various parts of the state.

The Commander of Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye, explained that the suspect was nabbed after he broke into a building to steal a sewing machine.

Speaking while being paraded before journalists at the Amotekun Corps headquarters in Akure, the suspect said he inherited the traditional bulletproof vest from his father who was a native doctor.
