Five suspected bandits have been neutralised in Kawu community in Bwari Area Council of the FCT during a security operation in the FCT and its neighbouring states.
Sources, who spoke to City & Crime yesterday, said that corpses were brought out from the Kuyeri Forest in Kawu District.
A local said villagers thronged to the site to monitor the corpses which, according to him, were abandoned there for two days before environmental officials took them to a nearby place to bury them on Saturday.
He added: “We are really happy with what we have seen.”
