The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has said that it has granted two digital assets exchanges “approval-in-principle” to commence operations under the Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Programme (ARIP).
SEC, in a statement on Thursday, said the companies approved were Busha Digital Limited and Quidax Technologies Limited.

The commission said the cohort comprised two Digital Asset Exchanges, four Digital Asset Offering Platforms and one Digital Asset Custodian.
