Two suspected vandals have disclosed that they are capable of removing the brain box of any vehicle in less than two minutes.
The suspects, Jefferson Emeka Joshua, 47, and Donatus Okoro, 45, were arrested by detectives from the Lagos State Police Command.
Their arrest followed series of complaints to the state Commissioner of Police about the activities of unknown thieves who specialise in vandalising vehicles parked by the side of the road inside estates.
Following the complaint, the Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade, detailed a crack team of detectives to fish out those behind the theft.
