Soldiers arrest man who sells drugs to bandits in Kaduna

Soldiers have arrested a patent medicine store owner who sells drugs to bandits’ informants in Katari village in Kachia LGA of Kaduna State.

A community leader who disclosed this during a telephone interview with our reporter on Wednesday, said the man was arrested on Tuesday after two suspected bandits’ informants were arrested at Maraban Iddah last week.

He said, “The man who owns a chemist admitted to selling drugs to the bandits’ informants when the soldiers arrested him.”

The spokesman of the Kaduna State Police Command, ASP Hassan Mansur, was yet to issue a statement on the arrest.
