Police arrest suspected car snatcher, recover 30 keys

The police command in Kaduna State has said that its operatives have arrested a suspect, Zahradeenee Suleiman, with 30 fabricated vehicle keys in Kaduna metropolis.

The command’s spokesperson, ASP Mansir Hassan, said, “The suspect specialises in vehicle and motorcycle theft.

“On July 20, at about 0230hrs, our personnel received a distress call that a shop was burgled. Our operatives were immediately drafted to the area.”

He said on arriving at the scene, the suspect was arrested in the shop.

He further said, “Upon a search, about 30 different sizes of keys of vehicles and motorcycles were recovered, including two locally fabricated master keys, in his possession.” (NAN)
