Gunmen said to be based in Apo Forest, in Tafa LGA in Niger State, Friday night raided Zhibi community and abducted four residents.
City & Crime reports that Zhibi is a neighbouring community to Dei-Dei town in the Federal Capital Territory.
Vigilante source said the four victims that included a doctor and a traditional leader, were abducted from their respected homes.
A source said, “They arrived the village around 10 pm numbering about six and abducted the doctor along with his daughter of about 15 years old from his home, before proceeding to the resident of Wakilin-Nupe of the community, where they abducted him along with his guest.’’

It was learnt that the traditional leader had lost his wife who had passed away during delivery two days before the incident.
Another resident, who spoke to our reporter, described the doctor as very helpful to the community, through his clinic there.
He said the kidnappers took advantage of rainfall that was taking place at the time, and left with their victims quietly, in an operation that lasted for about 30 minutes.
No immediate response from the Niger State Police Command on the incident.
