Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have arrested three suspects, Tega Dierunaba (44), Chibiuke Anuforo Cosmas (42) and Sunday Moses Pam (36), over alleged manufacturing of arms and gunrunning.
The spokesman of the command, SP Bright Edafe, who disclosed this to newsmen, said the command earlier, on June 8, recovered a fabricated AK-47 rifle from a member of the gang.
He said Chibiuke Anuforo Cosmas was a distributor and manufacturer of arms while Sunday Moses Pam usually concealed and conveyed the arms from Plateau State to Delta State.
