The Ekiti State Police Command has arraigned a 50-year-old woman in a magistrates’ court in Ado-Ekiti over allegedly receiving a stolen 30- litre keg of palm oil.
The prosecutor, Inspector Olasunkanmi Bamikole, told the court that the suspect on June 6, in Itapa-Ekiti, received a stolen 30-litre keg of palm oil valued at N25,000 from one Abejide Azeez stolen from one Abeke Odebunmi.

Counsel to the defendant, Barrister E. O. Summonu, urged the court to grant his client bail.
The Magistrate, Mr Saka Afunso, granted her bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum and adjourned the case to August 1.
