Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has announced the immediate disengagement of Dr. Samuel Alli from his role as Commissioner for Health.
In a statement released by the Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie, Governor Obaseki directed Dr. Alli to hand over all official documents and resources to the most senior officer in the ministry of health.
The decision, according to the statement, is part of Governor Obaseki’s commitment to ensuring optimal service delivery in the remaining four months of his administration.
