A Shari’a Court sitting at Kofar Kudu, Kano, has granted bail to a man, Mustapha Lawan, accused of infringement on a woman’s privacy, and intimidation.
The man was alleged to have peeped into the bathroom where his co-tenant’s wife, the complainant, was taking her bath.
The accused denied all the charges against him.
Khadi Isa Rabi’u Kademi Gaya granted him bail and adjourned the case to July 10 for hearing.
