Firm to launch affordable estate to address Kaduna housing deficit

Worried by the inability of low income earners to access affordable housing in Kaduna State, Pumpkin Properties, a leading Nigerian real estate company dedicated to providing affordable and accessible properties to investors, has launched a pocket-friendly, innovative estate, the Rockview Estate.

Speaking with newsmen, the chief executive officer of Pumpkin Properties, Oladeji Bamidele, an engineer, said the mission was to make everyone a comfortable homeowner.

He said the company was providing flexible payment plans ideal for low income earners who want to become homeowners on a pristine landscape that is a match with any property anywhere in the world.

Sitting on 121 hectares of land comprising 2,000 units of house types, such as four-bedroom detached bungalow and four-bedroom detached duplex with boys’ quarters, each plot of land at the estate measures 450 square meters. He said the estate came with several social amenities for all investors, including good road network, security, water, electricity, gym, worship centres, clinics, schools, shopping area, banks, children’s park, green and sport areas.

He noted that apart from Kaduna, the company has many properties in Abuja, Lagos and Nasarawa states.
