Sallah: Foundation shares 1,500 cows for 55,000 individuals

The Near Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, has distributed meat from 1,500 cows to over 55,000 individuals across 27 states in Nigeria.

The distribution took place at various locations, including IDP camps and communities of persons with disabilities.

Abdulmalik Mamman Bulakos, the project manager, said the primary aim of this distribution was to support families who may not have the means to fully participate in the Eid al-Adha celebrations.

Near Foundation provides humanitarian aid, in collaboration with its stakeholders. Its aid spans four major relief categories: hunger, health, education and water.
