On May 9, 2024, the artist took to X, criticising the platform before sharing the original image; a mirror selfie of him wrapped in a towel—on the network.

That same evening, he wrote another post in which he declared he would not be putting out another album following this one. His tweet stated, “Y’all niggas really want me out of the game that bad?? Oya after next album I no do again. So una fit get peace.”
His fans and Nigerians in general expressed their collective rage over the doctored lingerie picture as they expressed their anger in the comment section.
