“I want to appreciate everyone that made this day possible. My career as a chartered secretary started back in London and the experience the institute has bestowed on me has made me ready to take it to greater and more amiable heights.

“I want everyone to know that we are doing this together. So, I need your contributions and suggestions,” she said.

While appreciating efforts of previous executives of the institute, she said: “I accept the leadership which will present its challenges but an avenue to continue doing the great work that has been done.”
