Three men, Rafiu Odeyale (80), Ganiyu Ayinde (61) and Kabiru Adeyemi (47) have been arraigned in a customary court, Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State, for allegedly threatening the life of a prophetess, Funmilayo Omigbire.
The prosecutor, Philip Amusan, told the court that the defendants on March 1, around the Akanran area, Ibadan, forcefully entered the prophetess’ land and threatened her life.
The prosecutor said the defendants damaged 40 erected corner pieces and four signposts worth N1m belonging to the prophetess.

The court’s President, Mrs Moji Aworemi, granted the defendants bail in the sum of N500,000 each with two sureties each in like sum and adjourned the case to May 20. (NAN)
