Sister of Mohbad’s widow ‘dumps her’ as Naira Marley throws jibe on DNA

There is no end in sight for myriads of troubles for Wunmi, the widow of Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, as her sister, Karimot Titilayo, who has been defending her, has vowed not to interfere in the case again.

Wunmi’s sister threatened to withdraw her support barely 24 hours after the widow contradicted the claim that she contracted infections from sexual intercourse with Mohbad.

Earlier, Titilayo had tackled Mohbad’s father for defaming her sister, saying his son got Wunmi infected.

She had said, “So at this point, Josy! You’re shouting about Wunmi. Now, let’s talk about the number of antibiotics Wunmi used in your son’s house. Let’s talk about the number of infections Wunmi contracted in your son’s house. Just because I was silent didn’t mean I couldn’t talk about them.”

But Wunmi came out via an Instagram post to debunk the claim, saying she did not tell anybody that she contracted sexually transmitted diseases from her husband.

In a counterreaction, Mohbad’s widow’s sister said, “Anything about your late husband, count me out, and I won’t interfere again from now on. I’ve handed you over to the people that are on it. God will help you till you can have victory.

“Omowunmi, I know you don’t know what’s happening, and I pray that you will not die in this problem. I’ll be praying for you not to die, and not to be destroyed. And you won’t be punished for what you know nothing about.

“But, I Titilayo, will not interfere again. It’s not about cowardice, I’m not scared of anything. I’ve withdrawn from it. I’m completely out of this concern about you and your late husband.”

As this was about dying down, a video where Mohbad’s estranged benefactor, Azeez Fashola also known as Naira Marley, seemed to be taunting Wunmi, went viral.

In the video, he sang and wrapped with another man, saying DNA had become necessary.

“Tani Baba baby (Who’s the baby’s father?) DNA is needed.”
