Police begin hunt for abductors of Okada rider, passenger in Ogun

The police in Ogun State have launched a manhunt for the abductors of a commercial motorcyclist and his passenger, one Nurat Ogundipe.

The victims were said to be coming from Ijio, a community in Oyo State on Monday, April 1, when they were abducted, and reported by a witness to the DPO of Imeko in Imeko/Afon LGA.

The spokesperson for the command, Omolola Odutola, in a statement, said that hunters, vigilantes, So Safe officers, officials of Amotekun Corps, forest guards, as well as policemen, were combing the forest to rescue the victims.
